- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been having maintenance issues seens i moved in to my apartment my fire deteor doesnt work my sink is rotten from the bottom everytime i open the water it smells like rotten egg theres roaches all over the place i clean my home i kept as clean as i can... at first i thought its because it was empty but no theres alot i had tried everything i can to get rid of them but just seems i cant there in the walls were i plug my charger it doesnt work because there messing with my electric plugs... there was a rat back in oct the person from mainence just put some rat glue and some green balls. How smart when i had my son crawiling and learning how to walk i had to get rid of them... at night i cant even sleep nor my husband because theres roaches crawling as well its just so ridiculous and nasty... whats next for us to get medical attention i dont care about us im worried about my 14month old son... he gets curious what they are and grabs them i cant even let him play in the floor... One more thing there even in my dishes... i cant even leave the food in the stove for not a second because by the time i know there in my food... wow how ridiculous how can pharr housing approve these apartments Chapareal Apartments Guess what the maintence told me when i told them they need to fix my door because you can see light coming in "Housing Checked it and it was Approved" WOW ...
